Movie this Week: Vivegam

This week as Sreedhar Pillai puts it is all about Ajith Kumar’s Vivegam! The film is set to take on a bumper opening as the advance bookings open today, The fact that no other Tamil movie has released last week only adds to buzz and drama! Clearly, no one dares to release a film prior to an Ajith Kumar release. The film is is opening to a grand response not only in Tmail Nadu but also in Andhra Pradesh and Kerala. Ajith is returning with a slick, action film and he is reuniting yet again with Siva for this actioner. The groovy compositions by Anirudh have added to excitement. Synopsis: Ajith Kumar plays an international spy who fights criminals and corruption. As a character, he goes through trials and tribulations but doesn’t give up. The film also marks Vivek Oberoi’s debut in Tmail cinema as he plays the lead antagonist. Ajith’s love interest is played by Kajal Aggarwal who is teaming up with the Tmail star for the first time. Akshara Haasan plays his colleague. From the looks of the trailer, the movie promises high octane sequences and stunts and edge of the seat thrills.
