Demi Lovato Fires Back at People Protesting Her Sexy and ‘Liberating’ Cosmopolitan Cover

Demi Lovato is taking a stand against protestors calling to have Cosmopolitan covered up in supermarkets and other stores due to the magazine’s “pornographic” nature.

At times, Cosmopolitan has been sold in some stores with protective covering, meant to hide content that was considered too risqué for the public eye. And recently, the National Center on Sexual Exploitation has created a #cosmoharmsminors campaign, which primarily concerns hiding the magazine behind blinders so that kids are not at eye level of the cover in a check out line. Rite Aid is one such company who has vowed to shield Cosmopolitan from now on.
