MISSING IN ACTION: Lara Dutta

Successful model, Miss Universe 2000, talented actress and yummy mummy, Lara Dutta has been there, done that! She is one of those strong woman who sets a perfect example of a well balanced woman.

Lara Dutta began her acting career in the year 2003 with the film Andaazwhich earned her several awards for the best debutant of the year. Her beauty and talent caught the eye of film makers, making her an instant favourite.

She did a couple of modelling assignments before winning the most coveted title Miss Universe in the year 2000. She also appeared in several advertisements. Initially her films didn’t do all that great but soon she began taking up only good films and became one of the best actors in town.

Lara’s films include Masti, Aan: Men at Work, Kaal, No Entry, Bhagam Bhag, Jhoom Barabar Jhooom, Partner, Billu Barber, Blue, Housefull, David etc. After appearing in so many films all of a sudden she is out of the limelight. We wonder…

WHERE IS LARA DUTTA?

Lara Dutta’s last film was David that released in the year 2013. Lara Dutta was not even an active part of the film. Her role was meagre. Her last full fledged role was in the filmHousefull in 2010.

She tied the knot to husband Mahesh Bhupathi in the year 2011 and has a beautiful baby girl Saira. Ever since she went on to become a mommy, Lara has not looked back at films properly.

It seems like she, too, has joined the brigade of actresses who become completely devoted to their babies and give career a big fat break.

Lara Dutta is gorgeous. Dusky but mesmerizing. If sources are to be believed, she has one film in the pipeline ready for release. We really hope to see her in action soon.
