Kim Kardashian has been keeping us on our toes, first, by posting a rare bare-faced shot to Instagram on Tuesday.

She then followed it up with a bananas snap, flaunting her insane curves while wearing a waist trainer!

Except this latest pic has everyone wondering whether or not it's received the Photoshop treatment!

The reality TV starlet captioned the (above) image:

"On set using my @premadonna87's waist trainer before I shoot! #premadonna87 is my fave! @pre_shop#waistgangsociety"

Well, judging by the white towel held behind her, nothing looks warped. It even almost seems that Kimmy made sure someone held the towel to prove it!
