Better late than never, as they say, and these new images of the supermodel for the Versace x Riachuelo collection are gorgeous enough to make us forgive such a major oversight.

Riachuelo is a major department store in Brazil that has worked on collaborations with many Brazilian brands in the past.

This collaboration with Versace draws inspiration from four of Gianni Versace's best-selling prints from his collections in the 1990s, including the sea bed-inspired pattern that he debuted in 1992.

And as one of the top Brazilian models, it makes perfect sense for Adriana to be the face of the collaboration!
