Say hello to this tantrum queen: Sonam Kapoor

Sonam Kapoor is a fashionista. The best Bollywood has seen in a really long time. She can wear anything..ANYTHING..and still manage to look like she owns the world. And why not? She is young and has a great sense of fashion.

Daughter of superstar Anil Kapoor, Sonam was born with a silver spoon in her mouth. No wonder she is a very pricey lady. Dealing with her tantrums is a real task. Given her status and her background, the lady often tends to get a little too proud.

Backing up my statement is an incident that took place on the sets ofMausam long ago. On discovering that her make up artist and vanity van weren’t ready, the lady stormed out of the sets in a fit of rage and returned only after being persuaded by all the crew members. Phew!

As a matter of fact Sonam hasn’t really grown as an actress. From Saawariyan to Bhaag Milkha Bhaag, she has been the same in terms of acting. Apparently, she takes more interest in her styling than in her role when a script is offered. Looks like she has taken her ‘style diva’ status way too seriously.

Sonam seems like she hasn’t grown up yet. When she took a dig at Aishwarya Rai by calling her ‘aunty’, she proved her childishness. The reason behind her addressing Aishwarya as ‘aunty’ was only because the latter had acted with her daddy, Anil Kapoor. Silly beyond reason. As if all of this wasn’t enough, she made digs at other big shots of the industry and outside the industry as well.

While her contemporaries like Deepika Padukone, Anushka Sharma, Genelia D’Souza have gone a long way in their professional and personal life, Sonam seems to be stuck with her mascara, lip gloss and hair dryer.

It’s high time she realizes life isn’t all about make up and matching clothes and blingy stilettos. There is much more to it and being a celeb, she better live up to the expectations of her well wishers. High time she mends her ways.
