Bollywood ladies at the Most Stylish Awards

Okaay!! Let’s do this!! The recent award show conducted by Hindustan Times gave us a lot to think about. Walking the red carpet of the Hindustan Times, Most Stylish Award show were many Bollywood beauties.
The ladies in attendance were dressed very stylish, well most of them!
Two ladies who won my heart at the red carpet were Deepika Padukone and Lisa Haydon. They are very similar yet so different. It was like a Fashion face off between them. Deepika was dressed in cream and Lisa was dressed in black. Deepika left her hair open and Lisa tied them up but there’s no saying that one looked better than the other.

DEEPIKA PADUKONE

I have a theory you know? Deepika Padukone isn’t human. She’s a demi-god. Like seriously. Proof of my theory would lie in what she wore at the Most Stylish Awards. Wearing a DvF maxi, Deepika Padukone looked heavenly. Yes, that’s the word! There’s no other word to describe Deepika Padukone. I totally love how she styled her entire look. Silver stilettos, silver layered necklace and an award winning smile. Her beach waves looked perfect and that make up?! God, who would have thought that grey would go SO well with silver! 10 points for Deepika!

LISA HAYDON

Not my type. Uh huh. No way. I would never allow anyone under my watch to wear something like that. And that too, to Most Stylish Awards? No way in hell! Firstly, those many cuts make it look like a swimsuit to be worn by the pool. Then that awful stretch material. Yikes! But, just look at her smile, would you? That one smile, that happiness and radiance is what makes her outfit so classy! If it was on someone else, I could criticize it left right and center but Lisa Haydon makes the swimsuit turned gown look so classy. Way to go girl! The Shivan & Narresh maxi-ish gown-ish dress looked fabulous on her and I totally love how she went the simple way by minimal yet dewy make up and hair pulled back. Although I have one little complain. She could have skipped those beady chains and could have opted for a Alexandra McQueen clutch.
